Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations: All reservations must be made in advance, either by phone, email, or online. A valid credit card number is required to secure the reservation. Reservations are subject to availability. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made within [Number] hours of the scheduled appointment, a [Amount] cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice. 3. Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is permitted if notice is given within 24 hours of the original appointment time. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
